8ed7a676d5 [#1492] metabase: Ensure Unmarshal() is called on a cloned slice 
The slice returned from bucket.Get() is only valid during the tx
lifetime. Cloning it is not necessary everywhere, but better safe than
sorry.

fdeea1dfac [#2057] meta: Fix concurrent mode changes 
Includes:
1. mode change read lock operation in every exported method that r/w the
underlying database;
2. returning `ErrDegradedMode` logical error if any exported method is
called in degraded (without a metabase) mode.

1c30414a6c [#1454] Upgrade NeoFS SDK Go module with new IDs 
Core changes:
 * avoid package-colliding variable naming
 * avoid using pointers to IDs where unnecessary
 * avoid using `idSDK` import alias pattern
 * use `EncodeToString` for protocol string calculation and `String` for
  printing

303eb2e078 [#1176] metabase: Ignore locked objs in IterateCoveredByTombstones 
Make `DB.IterateCoveredByTombstones` to not pass locked objects to the
handler. The method is used by GC, therefore it will not consider locked
objects as candidates for deletion even if their tombstone is expired.

Implement `DB.Lock` method which marks list of the objects as locked by
another object. Only regular objects can be locked.
