Now resync/refill metabase performance is unclear. User can see only log records to measure refill performance and to estimate the remaining time.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add some refill metabase metrics:

total operations count (allows to measure op/s)
payload processed (allows to measure B/s payload rate)
remaining time would be perfect, but looks like it is impossible or hard to implement
