Environment Variable Name	Description
DNSMADEEASY_API_KEY	The API key
DNSMADEEASY_API_SECRET	The API Secret key

DNSMADEEASY_SANDBOX	Activate the sandbox (boolean)
DNSMADEEASY_TTL	The TTL of the TXT record used for the DNS challenge
