Configuration for Ultradns.

Here is an example bash command using the Ultradns provider:
ULTRADNS_USERNAME=username \
ULTRADNS_PASSWORD=password \
lego --email you@example.com --dns ultradns --domains my.example.org run

The environment variable names can be suffixed by _FILE to reference a file instead of a value.
