Configuration for Dyn.

Here is an example bash command using the Dyn provider:
DYN_CUSTOMER_NAME=xxxxxx \
DYN_USER_NAME=yyyyy \
DYN_PASSWORD=zzzz \
lego --email you@example.com --dns dyn --domains my.example.org run

The environment variable names can be suffixed by _FILE
to reference a file instead of a value.
